Can you believe that Mother’s Day is this coming weekend?! If you’re like me, you haven’t made very many plans yet. Don't worry! Here is a list of last-minute things to do for Mother’s Day in Raleigh!
1) Wine Time at Short Walk Wines
Short Walk Wines offers a variety of wines and my favorite part about this location is the ability to reserve their picnic tables outside! Reserve a space to enjoy a bottle of wine together in the courtyard.
2) Enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner next to a playground at Gonza Tacos y Tequila | 525 New Waverly Pl #104, Cary, NC 27518
Got little kiddos with ya? That’s great! Gonza Tacos y Tequila is a Mexican restaurant offering a variety of different dishes to choose from. Just outside of the restaurant is a playground, so if your kiddo finishes eating early, you can enjoy your meal while they play!
3) Let the kids run free while eating lunch or dinner outdoors at Chuy's at North Hills | 4020 Market at North Hills St, Raleigh, NC 27609
Chuy's is another great option for outdoor dining with restless kiddos! Their amazing Tex-Mex meals and fun environment are sure to provide a good time for the family. There is a nice big green play space right near the outdoor patio that kids can play on while you wait for your food.
4) Picnic at Lafayette Village | 8450 Honeycutt Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615
Bring a blanket at lunch to enjoy a nice open picnic together! Small shopping and restaurants are in the vicinity as well.

At 10a and 11a, bond with your newborn/pre-walkers on the mat at PhysioFit! No experience necessary and carriers are optional. They will keep it fun as they know that babies will be babies!

7) Mother’s Day market at Southern Peak Brewery | Saturday, May 8th | 950 Windy Rd STE 100, Apex, NC 27502
The Southern Peak Brewery Mother's Day Market will take place on Saturday, May 8th from 10am-2pm, Just in time for those last-minute gifts! We will be opening early and securing a large tent for this parking lot event.
8) Bowling at Buffaloe Lanes North Bowling Center | Sunday, May 9th | 5900 Oak Forest Dr. Raleigh, NC 27616
Mom gets 2 free games of bowling on Mother’s Day! Have some family fun and celebrate mom!
9) Downtown Cary Food & Flea: Mother’s Day Market | Sunday, May 9th | 100 W. Chatham Street
Sunday from 12-4pm, enjoy walking and shopping the food and flea market and catch some Mother’s Day sales!
10) Moms and Mimosas at AR Workshops | Various Locations
