Join us for the Scarecrow Festival at Pullen Park on Saturday, Sept. 28. Get ready for fall by creating a scarecrow with friends and family. We will provide the stuffing and support to make your creation complete. All you will need to bring is the clothes, accessories and a head that makes your scarecrow unique! Use old raggedy clothes for a classic look, put them in a spooky Halloween costume, or dress them up to look like a favorite movie character!
