Giggles was designed by a teacher and Mom with the needs of you and your children in mind. We provide loving care for your children, while allowing you much needed time to do leisure activities. Once you try Giggles, the only problem you'll have is getting your kids to leave! We have created a layout to fit the needs of children from ages 12 months to 12 years. Some of the highlight areas of our center include:
- A toddler activity area with tons of things for the little ones to do
- An arts and craft area to allow creative expression
- A cozy reading area with books for all ages
- An amazing custom built tree house
- A “Big Kid Room” for kids 5 and up complete with a Nintendo Wii and an Xbox One, a stand-up game system, play kitchen, legos and more
There are a lot of options when it comes to childcare. We believe that our families love Giggles Drop-in because we are always challenging ourselves to create the best possible experience for the parents and the children that use our services. What does that mean, you say? Well, it starts the moment you arrive! Our doors have security locks so each visitor must be buzzed in by the staff. Then, our families are greeted at the front desk by one of our team leaders. Many times there will be the same leaders working the same shifts so faces and names become familiar. We have numbered baskets that the children put their belongings in and details, such as snacks, meals or special requests, are noted in our state-of-the-art computer check-in system. The kids are welcomed into the play area and the parents leave knowing we will care for them like our own. Hands are washed by each child before snacks and meals. Bathroom breaks are encouraged as well as regular diaper changes, followed by good hand washing techniques. The bathrooms are cleaned multiple times daily and changing tables are cleaned after every use. Our staff is trained to keep children engaged with special activities, dancing, crafts, circling in new toys and imaginary play. Speaking of our staff, they all go through extensive background checks before being hired, and they are all CPR/First Aid certified. Many of our staff members are teachers, moms, and students who are studying to work with children in different capacities. We encourage open communication between our staff and the parents of our Giggles families. We help with potty training, reinforce positive behaviors, teach early life lessons and have an open door policy with our director. Our families all use us for different occasions, but we believe these are some of the main reasons why they choose Giggles over other facilities.

We do offer the wonderful service of hourly drop-in care but did you know that we are open 6 days a week until 9pm or later? That means during the day they can enjoy a couple hours of playtime, but we are also available in the evening so parents can enjoy a dinner with friends or a date night!
Our Raleigh and Cary centers have very active remote learning and after school programs. We have dedicated teachers for each program and offer transportation to the centers from certain schools. These special programs are designed to keep children on task and offer help completing assignments as needed. Children and staff are required to wear masks per state mandate. Flexible enrollment options are offered for daily, weekly and monthly schedules. School age children will also enjoy our track-out camps and our spring break/summer camps that go on field trips daily.
